RUTLAND – William T. Ohman III, 59, of Pleasantdale Rd., died June 13, 2007 at home after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 24 years, Margaret (Nickerson) Ohman; two sons, Christopher Ohman and his wife Lisa of Sandwich and Matthew Ohman of Rutland; a daughter, Laura Morris and her husband Joseph of Harwich; his mother, Marie M. (Cantwell) Del Colle of Keene, NH; a sister, Susan M. Herrmann of Keene, NH; 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He was born in New Dorp, NY, the son of the late William T. Ohman, Jr., and was raised in Chatham. He graduated from Chatham High School and lived in Barre and Hubbardston before moving to Rutland. He worked locally as a finish carpenter.
The funeral for William will be held on Saturday, June 16th, from the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122a), Holden, with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 290 Main Street, Rutland. Burial will be private. Calling hours are from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, June 15th, in the funeral home.
