PRINCETON – Virginia “Ginny” L. (Lothrop) Salisbury, 66, of Main Street, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at UMass Memorial Healthcare-University Campus, Worcester.
She was born in Auburn, Maine, the daughter of Frank L. and Alice L. (Higgins) Lothrop and lived 20 years in North Reading before moving to Princeton in 1996. She leaves her two daughters, Kelly L. Love and her husband, Joseph of West Milford, New Jersey and Shannon L. Spears and her husband, Dustin of Catlin, Illinois; a sister, Gertrude O’Brien of Poland, Maine; 6 grandchildren, Josh, Ryan, Dakota, Carly, Jacob and MacKenzie; her former husband, Ronald L. Salisbury of Princeton; a sister-in-law, Elaine Cass of Auburn, Maine; and nephews and nieces.
Ginny graduated from Auburn High School and Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill and worked as an administrative secretary for several companies including Johnson O’Hare Distributors in Billerica. She enjoyed quilting and reading.
At Ginny’s request there are no funeral services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
