HOLDEN - Vera M. (Carlson) Hill, 108, formerly of Holden, died Thursday, March 6, 2008 in the Prescott House Nursing Home, North Andover.
Her husband, Wietti Leonard Hill, died in 1977. She leaves her son, Leonard Hill of Andover; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. Twin daughters, Bernice and Beverly Hill predeceased her. She was born in Quincy, daughter of Victor and Sophie Carlson, and lived in Holden for 55 years before moving to North Andover in 2000. She was a member of Greendale Peoples Church.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 10th, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Spring burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Holden.
