RUTLAND – Theresa E. (Ross) Bell, 63, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 7, 2018 surrounded by her family. She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her parents, Vincent and Virginia (Doucette) Ross of Rutland; two sons, Andrew P. Bell, Jr. of Rutland and John V. Bell and his wife, Melissa of Barre; her close companion, Rickey Bassette of Rutland; two brothers, Vincent Ross and Christopher Ross, both of Rutland; three sisters, Ellen Ross; Kathy Healy and Jeannette Hoch of Rutland; and her granddaughter, Olivia Mae Bell.
