WORCESTER - Ted Benjamin "Ben" Sheffield died suddenly on Friday, September 19, 2014. Born in Worcester on October 26, 1992, he was a son of Tracy Lee Arbuckle Sheffield and William Paine Sheffield, Jr. of Worcester. He was employed by The Entwistle Company, Hudson.
Ben had a natural mechanical ability and enjoyed working on his truck and 4-wheeler. He also enjoyed snowboarding, iceboating and exploring the outdoors with his love, Nicole "Nikki" Keskula. Music had a special meaning for Ben. He listened to a variety of forms and attended concerts. Ben had dreams of traveling and exploring the country, particularly the Pacific Northwest.
Ben is remembered by his friends and family for his fun-loving nature and his ability to make them laugh.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a brother, William Paine Sheffield III; a sister, Carolyn Jane Sheffield; grandparents, Donald B. Arbuckle and Carolyn J. Arbuckle of Aurora, OH. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Paine Sheffield, Sr. and Dorothy M. Sheffield.
