STERLING – Susan Margaret (Nadeau) Roseberry, 59, of 76 Laurelwood Road, a 45-year resident of Sterling, died Monday, April 17, 2006, after a long illness.
She leaves her husband of 41 years, Armand I. Roseberry; two sons, Richard K. Roseberry of Sterling and Nathan Roseberry of Clinton; two daughters, Deanna L. Pineo and Candice L. Arsenault both of Sterling; a brother, Adelbert Merchant, Jr. of Sterling; three sisters, Yvette LaCroix of Sterling, Darlene Boynton of Monson, Maine and Theolinda Merchant of Lunenburg; three grandchildren, Julia Pineo, Steven and Andrew Arsenault; many nephews and nieces. Her brother, Clifton Nadeau, Jr. and her step-father, Adelbert “Tiny” Merchant, predeceased her. She was born in Montague, daughter of Clifton F. and Margaret M. (Torstensen) Merchant, and had lived in Sterling since 1960.
Mrs. Roseberry was a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School, class of 1964. She was a receptionist for Lyons-Posco, Inc. in Leominster for several years. Previously she worked for Sterling Manufacturing in Lancaster.
The funeral service for Mrs. Roseberry will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 20, in the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road (Rte. 12), Sterling. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Clinton Road (Rte. 62), Sterling. Calling hours are from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, in the funeral home.
