NEW BRAINTREE – Steven P. Kane, 66, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020, at Quaboag on the Common after an illness. He was born in Worcester the son of the late Paul B. Kane and had lived in New Braintree since 1967.
Steven leaves his mother, Irene Kane; his brothers, Richard and Paul Kane, all of New Braintree; and his nieces and his nephew. Steven was a quiet unassuming gentleman who loved to talk about history. He was a published author and contributed to numerous articles over the years. He was known for his knowledge of World War II, with special interest in the Battle of the Bulge.
Services are private and will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your favorite animal shelter. Arrangements are under the care of the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
