OAKHAM – Stephanie M. (Pienta) Dymon, 82, of Oakham died Monday, August 30, 2004, in Mary Lane Hospital, Ware, after an illness.
Her husband of 54 years, John P. Dymon, Sr., died in 1998. She leaves her son, John P. Dymon, Jr. and his wife Cathleen of Oakham; two brothers, Verdon Pienta of Sturbridge and Joseph Pienta of Southbridge; two step-grandchildren, James and Alysa Griffith; nephews and nieces. Two sisters and a brother predeceased her. She was born in Southbridge, daughter of Jacob and Mary (Kordensz) Pienta, and lived fifty years in Gilbertville before moving to Oakham. She was a member of St. Aloysius in Gilbertville.
The funeral Mass for Mrs. Dymon will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 3, in St. Aloysius Church, 64 Church Street, Gilbertville. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte.122A), Holden.
