Lunenburg - Stephanie A. (Jefferds) Dorren, 64, died with her loving and devoted family by her side, on Thursday, May 4th at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. She was born in Lackawanna, NY, the daughter of Robert N. and Colleen M. (McAndrews) Jefferds. Stephanie is survived by her devoted husband of over 44 years, David Dorren; her sons, Timothy K. Dorren and his wife, Tonya M. of Wylie, TX and Jonathan P. Dorren and his wife, Katie N. of Lunenburg; her beloved grandchildren, Kaitlin Elizabeth Dorren, Braydan Matthew Dorren, Madison Paige Dorren and Justin Michael Dorren; her brother, David L. Jefferds of Belmont, NY; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Stephanie was predeceased by her father, Robert N. Jefferds, her brothers Robert G. Jefferds, William L. Jefferds and Charles B. Jefferds and two grandchildren, Nolan Francis and Zachary Nolan Dorren. She will also be dearly missed by her "Granddog", Timmy. Stephanie grew up in Almond, NY. She earned her Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Genesee Community College and went on to work in Sales in the Medical Supplies Industry. She married the love of her life, David Dorren, in 1972 and settled in Lunenburg. Stephanie and David later founded Quality Business Printing Co., where she worked until retiring in 2005. She loved bowling, crocheting, gardening, family trips to the beach at Rye, NH and her computer games. Stephanie's life was truly centered around her family. When there was an opportunity to be with her children and grandchildren, nothing was more important to her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the Miles-Sterling Funeral Home and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Rd., Sterling, MA. A private funeral service will be held for family and close friends on Friday, May 12th. Flowers in memory of Stephanie may be sent to the funeral home for Thursday evening's calling hours.
