HOLDEN – Stella M. (Borucki) Jolicoeur, 86, of 27C Flagler Drive, and a longtime resident of Paxton, died Sunday, May 2, 2004, at the home of her son and daughter-in-law after an illness.
Her husband of 56 years, Norman G. Jolicoeur, of died in 1998. She leaves a son, Norman J. and his wife Mary T. Jolicoeur of Holden; four granddaughters, Suzanne M. Jolicoeur and her fiancé Greg Courville of Winchendon, Renee M. and her husband Bobby Boucher of Fitchburg, Jennifer A. and her husband Colin Burton and Heather M. and her husband David Shaw all of Rutland; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jane Whitney of Grafton and Theresa Cameron of Worcester; nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Eugene and Leon Borucki, and a sister, Veronica Austin, predeceased her.
Stella was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Katie (Nezuch) Borucki, and lived in Paxton for 40 years before moving to Holden. She was a member of St. Columba’s Church, the Holden Senior Center and the Red Hat Society.
Stella’s funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m Thursday, May 6, 2004, in St. Columba’s Church, 10 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. Burial will follow in Mooreland Cemetery, 251 Richards Avenue (Rte. 56), Paxton. Calling hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden.
