WORCESTER - Shirley M. (Sobel) Selig, age 92, of Wayland, formerly of Winthrop, a Worcester native, died on Friday, February 9, 2018.
Her husband of 71 years, Jacob Selig, died in September 16, 2017. She leaves a son, David Selig and his wife, Patricia of Richmond, VA; a daughter, Elizabeth Price of Framingham; two grandchildren, Jordan Selig and Leah Morris; two great-grandchildren, Jesica Morris and Avery Selig-Spencer. She was predeceased by her sisters, Ruth Zagoren and Helen Sobel.Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, February 11, at the Worcester Hebrew Cemetery on Cemetery Road in Auburn, MA, under the direction of Richard Perlman of Miles Funeral Home of Holden.Memorial Observance will be announced at the time of the funeral service.
