Sheila Lilian O'Hanlon

HOLDEN- Sheila Lilian O’Hanlon (Maguire) died on December 22 , 2017, at her home in Holden, MA USA after a long fight with cancer. She was 69 years young. Sheila was born on May 26, 1948 in Liverpool, United Kingdom to her parents, Thomas and Mary (Buckley) Maguire. She attended the Notre Dame Commercial School Liverpool. She worked many years as a travel consultant for the P&O shipping company. In 1972 Sheila married Patrick O’Hanlon and, in 1982, she and her family moved to Massachusetts. Her engaging personality allowed her to make friends easily and to be successful in retail cosmetic sales. Sheila is survived by her husband Patrick, her daughter and son-in-law, Simone O’Hanlon and Michael Laurin; her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy and Lauren O’Hanlon; her grandchildren Anabel and Olivia; and her sisters Mary Joyce and Frances Thane. She is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Maguire. Friends and family are invited to attend a Requiem Mass to be held at St. Mary’s Church, Jefferson, on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM. The family gratefully accepts condolences, but declines flowers and donations.
