Ronald Yeskevicz

RUTLAND - Ronald A. Yeskevicz, 81, of Rutland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Ronald A. Yeskevicz was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on July 12, 1943, the son of the late Anthony and Helen (Chestnut) Yeskevicz. He was a lifelong resident of Worcester, MA before moving to Rutland in 1994 and dedicated many years of his life working as a cable splicer for Mass Electric (National Grid) electric company, known for his strong work ethic and skilled hands. Mr. Yeskevicz proudly served in the United States Air Force for 4 years.

Ronald married the love of his life, Suzanne (Goyette) Yeskevicz, with whom he shared a beautiful life and raised a loving family. Together, they created countless cherished memories marked by family traditions, laughter, and unwavering love.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Suzanne; his children, Kimberly A. Adam and her husband Ronald of Uxbridge, Philip G. Yeskevicz of Bradenton, FL, Dawn M. Brooks and her husband Harry of Leicester, Lisa L. King of Worcester, and Michael J. Yeskevicz and his wife Bevin of Trussville, AL; 15 grandchildren, who he absolutely loved and adored, Kara, William, Kevin, Elizabeth, Anthony, Kelsea, Faith, Bailey, Rachel, Caroline, Sydney, Matthew, John, and Jack. He also leaves many nephews and nieces.

He is predeceased by his granddaughter Caroline Elisabeth.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 258 Main Street Ruland, followed by interment in Rural Cemetery, 140 Main Street, Rutland.
