Biography
WORCESTER - Ronald E. Martin, 69, was stricken ill and died at Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. He was born in Worcester, a son of the late Benjamin and Sadie (Rosen) Martin.
Ron leaves his sister, Arlene G. Martin of Worcester; two brothers, Jerome L. Martin and Paul H. Martin and his wife, Gail, all of Worcester; his nephew, Joshua Martin; his niece, Corey Raffi of Worcester; a grand nephew and grand niece. He was predeceased by his longtime companion, Wanda Barrett. Ron graduated from Classical High School, Worcester Junior College and attended the University of Tampa. He worked as a sales associate at the Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton for many years before retiring.
A FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 2:00 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 9, IN BETH ISRAEL SYNAGOGUE, 15 JAMESBURY DRIVE, WORCESTER, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MILES FUNERAL HOME OF HOLDEN.
Memorial Observance will be announced at the funeral.
