He graduated from Franklin High School in 1947 and was very active in sports, earning the nickname, “Ace,” while on the baseball team. He was scouted for the New York Yankees farm team right out of high school but instead went on to his career from there.  He became a Master Electrician and later he worked as Vice President of Sadwin Manufacturing Co. in Woonsocket, RI until his retirement.  He enjoyed his retirement at his house on Cape Cod. He loved to golf and was a great player-even at an advanced age he gave young men a run for their money. Not only that, he was a member of the hole in one club. He enjoyed building things around the house, gardening, going for a dunk in the bay, reading the paper on the porch and spending time with Eveline. He was also a very charitable man, kept up with current events and voiced his opinion in the world and situations of the day. He will be missed by the entire family. A GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT 11:00 AM ON TUESDAY, JUNE 6TH AT THE FALMOUTH JEWISH CEMETERY AT 7 HATCHVILLE ROAD IN EAST FALMOUTH UNDER THE DIRECTION OF RICHARD PERLMAN OF MILES FUNERAL HOME OF HOLDEN.  Memorial Observance will be announced at the time of the service.  Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department, 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
