WORCESTER/EL CAJON, CA ~ Robert P. Jolicoeur, 67, formerly of Worcester, died on Thursday, April 21, 2011 in Country Hills Nursing Home, El Cajon, CA, after a long illness.
Robert is survived by his sister, Arlene Jolicoeur-Taylor of Rutland; a brother, Donald Jolicoeur and his wife Barbara of Paso Robles, CA; a half brother, Kevin Jolicoeur and his wife Cathy of Charlton; aunts and uncles; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Janet O'Malley and Paula Ventriglia. Robert was born in Worcester on February 11, 1944 the son of Hervey J. and Irene V. (Moquin) Jolicoeur and graduated from Classical High School in Worcester.
A memorial Mass for Robert will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 7th, in St. Patrick's Church, 258 Main St., Rutland. Burial will be private in Rural Cemetery, Rutland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sister of St. Anne Retirement Fund, 720 Boston Post Rd. East, Marlboro, MA 01752. Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden is assisting the family with arrangements.
