Bob led a committed, creative and busy life. He began his young adult life as a member of the SeaBees Navy Construction Force. He was owner of Pierce Automotive Electric Service, Inc, in Worcester until his retirement. He was “National Champion” with the Worcester Pistol and Rifle Club, an avid fisherman and loved sharing his fishing experience with his grandkids in his Boston Whaler. Husband and father of 3 daughters, he was a devoted family man who believed in raising his children in a church, supporting their creative and developmental interests, which included many family vacations with camping excursions in the New England area. A jack of all trades, and a skilled woodworking craftsman, there wasn't anything he couldn't fix or build, and his grandchildren often engaged with him in the creation of many projects. For most of his adult life and into retirement, he was an active choir member and committee church leader-participant in his beloved church, Greendale People’s Church, where he was eager and generous with his time and talents. In his retirement, he became active in the Northborough Harmonica Choir which provided entertainment in the Worcester County area communities. He will be very missed.
