Robert C. Landgren

HOLDEN - Robert C. Landgren, 79, beloved husband of the late Marlene (Ruh) Landgren, passed away in the comfort of his home on Monday, November 13, 2023. Born and raised in West Boylston, he was the son of the late Carl and Ruth (Sjolander) Landgren.
After graduating from West Boylston High School, Robert was employed by the West Boylston Municipal Light Department. He went on to enjoy a long career as a lineman and retired from Massachusetts Electric, now National Grid after 35+ years of service. In retirement Bob kept busy by mowing lawns for customers in the local area. His company was Old Man Mowing.
He will be lovingly missed and remembered by his two sons, Jeffrey Landgren and his wife, Kelly of Holden and Scott Landgren of Rutland; and four grandchildren, Bryan, Shawn, Samantha and Katherine. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 31 years, Marlene.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather with the family from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, November 27th at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street Holden MA. Burial will be private at Grove Cemetery, Holden.
