Robert L. Fenneuff

HOLDEN – Robert L. Fenneuff, 84, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Born and raised in Worcester, Bob was the son of Berton and Alberta H. (Adams) Fenneuff and lived many years in Holden.   Bob was a student of Worcester Boy’s Trade High School in Worcester and then honorably served his country in the Unites States Navy. In 1955, Bob married the love of his life, Barbara Gordon, at Adams Square Baptist Church in Worcester. They lived in Leicester for 12 years before moving to Holden in 1972. He was a self employed contractor specializing in renovations, remodeling, painting and decorating. He taught his sons everything they know and his daughter to appreciate the fine intricacies of carpentry that most individuals overlook. His beloved wife of 54 years, Barbara (Gordon) Fenneuff, passed away in 2009. He will be affectionately remembered and missed by his daughter, Lori A. Preston and her husband, Bryan of Tyrone, GA; four sons, Ronald E. Fenneuff and his wife, Laurie of Leicester, Steven J. Fenneuff of Worcester, Bradley Fenneuff and his wife, Susan of Brookfield and Marc G. Fenneuff and his wife, Emily of Dewitt, MI; his sister, Beverly Persall of Cathedral City, CA; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by a brother, Roger Fenneuff and by his grandson, Aaron Fenneuff. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Bob’s family from 10 to 11:30 am on Saturday, March 4, at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden, followed by a funeral service honoring his life at 11:30 am.
