STERLING - Richard M. Allen, 81, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at UMass Memorial Healthcare - University Campus in Worcester after an illness.
He leaves his wife, Marie A. (Bilodeau) Allen and many cousins. Richard was born in Clinton, the son of Stuart M. and Etta L. (Thorpe) Allen and had lived most of his life in Sterling.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 21, at Hillside Cemetery in Sterling. Arrangements are under the care of Miles-Sterling Funeral Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling.
