WORCESTER - Lorraine R. (Butler) Duggan, 82, formerly of Holden St., died Thursday, November 8, 2007 in the St. Francis Home, Worcester.
Her husband of 61 years, Richard T. Duggan, died in 2006. She leaves four brothers, George W. and Kenneth F. Butler both of Worcester, Paul G. Butler of Carver and Richard W. Butler of Holden; and many nieces. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of J. George and Bertha (Wilmot) Butler, and lived in Worcester all of her life. She was a member of St. George’s Church, its Women’s Club and sang in the choir.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Monday, November 12th, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. The funeral Mass for Mrs. Duggan will be at 10 a.m. in St. George’s Church, 38 Brattle Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, 217 Richards Avenue, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts Chapter, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
