HOLDEN – Keith P. Person, 49, of Holden, died peacefully on Sunday, May 29, 2011 under the loving care of his family in the Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Worcester.
He leaves his daughter, Sarah E. Person of Holden; his son, Nicholas A. Person of Holden; his mother, Maureen C. (Saltus) Coulter of Worcester; his former wife, Allison M. (Magee) Person of Holden; two sisters, Beth M. Person and spouse Wendy S. Greenleaf of Framingham and Susan M. Bado and husband Philippe of Michigan; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Keith was born in Worcester, son of the late C. Norman Person, and lived in Holden for over 35 years. He graduated from Wachusett Regional High School in 1979 where he played hockey, and from UMass-Amherst in 1984. He was a long time employee of Holden Trap Rock and coached with the Lakers Youth Hockey program in Worcester. He was a member of the First Congregational Church of Holden, an avid reader, and enjoyed fishing, cooking and being with his friends and family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, June 3rd, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. A private memorial service will be held at the First Congregational Church of Holden, 1180 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Keith Person Memorial Fund, c/o Leominster Credit Union, 715 Main Street, Holden, MA 01520.
