Pauline H. (Harmon) Sutphen

Biography

Worcester - Pauline Ida Harmon Sutphen passed away peacefully on Monday, February 20, 2017.  Born in western Pennsylvania in 1933, Pauline grew up on a hundred acre farm and was the third daughter of Blanche and Gaylord Harmon of Enon Valley, PA. She was married 32 years, lived in Pennsylvania, Virginia, California and Massachusetts. She is predeceased by her sister Janice (Harmon) Brady of New Middletown, OH, and John Gaylord Harmon of Enon Valley, PA.  She is survived by her sister, Gayle (Harmon) McMillin of New Springfield, OH; her three children, Alan of Fairfax, VA; Mark of Holden, MA, and Diane (Sutphen) Travis of Wrightwood, CA. She was a wonderful mother to her three children and was blessed with seven grandchildren. She enjoyed Native American art, extensively read, and was an active member of the Kingdom Hall in Auburn, MA.  A private, family service is planned.  To share a memory or to offer an condolence please visit out "guest book" on this page.
