WEST BOYLSTON, MA / HOOKSETT, NH – Paul R. DuPont, 59, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester after an illness. He was born in Worcester, the son of Roy W. and Ann Rita (Grigas) DuPont, Sr. and lived in West Boylston before moving New Hampshire 25 years ago.



He leaves a brother, Roy W. DuPont, Jr. and his wife Virginia of Holden; a nephew, Michael DuPont and his wife Sarah of Rutland; a niece, Lisa A. Lange and her husband Tim of Redmond, WA; two grand nephews, Noah DuPont and Trevor Lange; and a grand niece, Amelia Lange.



Paul graduated from West Boylston High School in 1970 and was a reconstructive engineer at Digital Equipment Corp in Andover for 25 years retiring due to illness in 1997. He collected antiques, enjoyed music, yard sales and flea markets.



Paul’s family would like to thank his caretakers with whom he lived, Kamal Ali and Israa Husan of Hooksett, NH, for their care and compassion during his illness.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Thursday, June 28, in Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. A committal service will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Church Street, West Boylston. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 811 West Evergreen Avenue, Suite 204, Chicago, IL 60642; or the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire, 109 North State Street, Concord, NH 03301.
