OAKHAM – Paul R. Clark, 21, of 522 East Hill Road, died Friday, December 23, 2006, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Oakham.
He leaves his parents with whom he lived, Richard N. and Irena (Machnik) Clark, Jr. of Oakham; a brother, John H. Clark of Oakham; maternal grandmother, Alfreda Machnik of Rutland; paternal grandparents, Richard M. Clark, Sr. and his wife Mary and Shirley A. Ballou all of Rutland; aunts and uncles including Henry J. Machnik and Alan Pulkkinnen both of Rutland; and many cousins. He was born in Worcester and lived in Oakham all his life.
Paul graduated from Quabbin Regional High School in 2004 and was a student at Mt. Wachusett Community College where he was studying automotive technology. He was a member of St. Patrick’s Church and enjoyed snowmobiling, skiing, hunting and restoring cars
The funeral for Paul will be held on Thursday, December 28, from the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 258 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Rutland. Burial will follow in Rural Cemetery, 142 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Rutland. Calling hours in the funeral home are from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Memorial donations may be made to the Oakham Fire Department, 178A Barre Road, Oakham, MA 01068.
