Paschal (Pat) Anthony Antonelli

Tuxedo Park, NY – Paschal (Pat) Anthony Antonelli, 87, formerly of Tuxedo Park, NY, died Saturday, February 17, 2007 in Sterling Healthcare Center, Sterling, MA.

Pat leaves a brother, Michael Antonelli, of Garnerville, NY; a son and his wife, Richard and Donna (Tervo) Antonelli of Sterling, MA; a daughter and her husband, Linda and Blair Vorgang of Herndon, VA; 9 grandchildren – Timothy Paschal, Christopher, Matthew and Sarah Marie Grace Antonelli and Jordan, Colin, Devin, Brandon and Kiernan Vorgang. Three brothers and two sisters predeceased him. Pat’s best friend, and wife of 57 years, Evelyn S. (Trifilio) Antonelli, died in September, 2005.

He was born in Garnerville, NY, son of Carmine and Antoinette Antonelli. He was a dedicated family man, husband, and father. Pat took great joy in doing chores around his home, and relished doing chores at his children’s homes. He was employed by the International Nickel Company in Sterling Forest, NY. He was part of the team that was one of the first to electroplate plastic materials. Following his retirement, Pat and Evelyn spent much of their time with their children and grandchildren. Pat enjoyed walking with his children, especially on vacation at Cape Cod, MA.

A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, March 03, 2007, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Tuxedo Park, New York. Memorial donations may be made to Connecticut Children's Medical Center Foundation, Nancy's Kids Fund, 12 Charter Oak Place, Hartford, CT 06106. Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden, is directing arrangements.
