HUDSON – Pamela Ann Albinson, 44, passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at UMass Memorial Healthcare – University Campus after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
She leaves her father, Robert E. Albinson and step-mother, Judi Reynolds both of Georgia; her sister, Cheryl A. Nobrega and her husband Robert of Sterling; three nieces, Kimberly J. Nobrega and her husband David Hollum and their daughter Amber Hollum all of Worcester, Nicole R. Nobrega of Sterling and Christina L. Nobrega of Amherst; a nephew, R. Paul Nobrega of Worcester; her lifetime best friend, Tammie McNally of Hudson; and a close companion, Dave Lucci of Fitchburg. She also leaves her extended family and many friends.
Pamela was born in Marlborough, the daughter of Robert and the late Joyce A. (Burke) Albinson and had lived in Hudson for most of her life. Pamela worked as a receptionist for a computer company before becoming ill. She was an avid artist who enjoyed painting and drawing especially her panda bears. Pamela traveled to Europe and loved the art of Holland and France particularly the Lourve. She loved the countryside and the people of Ireland. In Ireland she once saved the lives of a litter of puppies. She was unique person with a huge heart and had a love of God’s animals especially her cat “Spooky”.
Pamela loved her family and friends intensely and forgave everyone easily. She had an innate ability to make everyone feel special. Her sunny disposition and optimism will be forever missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour on Saturday, Nov. 17, from 2 to 3 p.m., followed by a service at 3 p.m. in the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling. Burial will be private.
