WORCESTER – Louise M. (Pouppeville) Morrison, 87, of Bowdoin Street, died Saturday, January 10, 2009 in her home surrounded by her loving family after a long illness.
She leaves her two sons, Paul W. Morrison of Gilbertville and Patrick T. Morrison and his wife Cheryl of Jefferson; a daughter, Susan L. Bonnevie and her husband Michael of Worcester; a sister, M.J. McCumber of Princeton; six grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Richard, Jessica, William, and Meghan; 2 great-granddaughters, Anastasia and Alora; and a nephew, Michael McCumber of Worcester. She is predeceased by a brother, Auguste J. Pouppeville, Jr. and a sister, Elise Harrington. She was born in Rutland the daughter of Auguste J. and Harriet (Hatstat) Pouppeville, Sr. and lived most of her life in Worcester.
Mrs. Morrison worked as a secretary for Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. in Worcester, retiring many years ago.
Relatives and friends are invited to a calling hour at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 14th in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Spring burial will be in Rural Glen Cemetery, Hubbardston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jewish Home Hospice, 631 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609.
