RUTLAND – Michael J. Derosier, 28, of Maple Avenue, died Thursday, March 2, 2006, from injuries in a car accident in Rutland.
He leaves his mother, Cynthia M. (Locke) St. Laurent and her fiancé, Ronald Paquin of Auburn; a brother with whom he lived, Shaun M. Derosier; a sister, Eleanor M. Derosier of Plainfield, CT; his grandparents, Robert & Frances Locke of Rutland; his great-grandmother, Elizabeth Locke of Hubbardston; his girlfriend, Melanie Silva; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. His father, Paul R. St. Laurent, died in 1993. He was born in Worcester, lived most of his life in Rutland, and was a carpenter for Amideo Construction in Oakham.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Derosier will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 6, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Please omit flowers.
