Marsha E. (Byram) Mackenzie

WORCESTER – Marsha E. (Byram) MacKenzie, age 63, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Howard L. and Margaret R. (O’Day) Byram.

Marsha spent her childhood in Paxton, graduating from Wachusett Regional High School. She earned an associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Worcester State University and went on to work for 40 years as a dental hygienist. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching her favorite show Golden Girls. She loved smoking cigarettes and enjoyed a good cocktail, with her favorite being a vodka cranberry.

She is survived by her best friend and only daughter, Meghan MacKenzie of Worcester, and her uncle, Jay O’Day of Paxton. She is predeceased by her ex-husband, Donald MacKenzie and her parents, Howard L. and Margaret R. (O’Day) Byram.
