Biography
WORCESTER – Mark A. Rockwood, age 69, of Dover, NH died on Tuesday, January 5th at his residence after an illness.
He leaves his cousins and his close friends.
He was a musician and played a variety of string instruments including guitar and mandolin as well as the harmonica.
He was born and raised in Worcester and had lived in Dover, NH for the past 14 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, David and Rachel (Bell) Rockwood and his sister, Myrna Rockwood Sherman.
FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 11:00 AM ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 8TH IN TEMPLE EMANUEL SINAI, 661 SALISBURY STREET, WORCESTER UNDER THE DIRECTION OF RICHARD PERLMAN OF MILES FUNERAL HOME OF HOLDEN, MA. Burial will be in B’Nai Brith Cemetery in Worcester.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
