Marjorie M. (White) Rogers

HOLDEN - Marjorie M. (White) Rogers, 74, a 35-year Holden resident, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at UMass Memorial Healthcare-University Campus, Worcester. Marjorie was born in Boston, a daughter of William and Marjorie (Jeffrey) White.Marjorie was a graduate of Weymouth High School. She was a clerk for Iandoli and Shaw's Supermarkets and worked for Bradlee's Department Stores.She leaves her children, Irving S. Rogers III, William Rogers and Rebecca Rogers Iaria; two grandchildren, Rosie and Isabella Iaria; her close cousins, Richard Remington, Francine Welch, Mary Ann Smith, Elaine Donahue and many close friends including Rachel Malkoski with whom she lived. Marjorie was a former member of Chaffin Congregational Church. She was an avid gardener, nature enthusiast and enjoyed watching all the beautiful wildlife in her yard. One of her greatest joys was when her yard was certified as a Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation.Funeral services are private and under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden.
