Marion M. (Buzzell) Pinkham

June 8, 1918 — March 18, 2010

PAXTON – Marion M. (Buzzell) Pinkham, 91, of Pleasant Street, died on peacefully Thursday, March 18, 2010 in Autumn Village, Worcester after an illness.

Her husband, Everett L. Pinkham died in 1967. She leaves a son, Wayne B. Pinkham of Paxton; a daughter, Leslie D. Pinkham of Paxton; a brother, Elwood Buzzell, Jr. of Winthrop, Maine; a sister, Helen Kotkosky of Windsor, CT; nephews and nieces. She was born and raised in Winthrop, Maine the daughter of Elwood and Mildred (Dalton) Buzzell and lived 59 years in Paxton.

Mrs. Pinkham was a graduate of Clark University in Worcester and taught for the Wachusett Regional School District for many years. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Paxton, the Worcester Art Museum and the Tower Hill Botanical Garden in Boylston. She enjoyed gardening and painting.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation hour from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23rd in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made Sweet Pea Friends of Rutland Animals Inc., P.O. Box 897, Rutland, MA 01543.
