Margaret R. (O'Day) Byram

WORCESTER – Margaret R. (O’Day) Byram, 74, passed away on Sunday, November 30, after an illness.

She was born in Worcester and raised in Paxton, the daughter of John J. and Rita M. (Foley) O’Day, Jr. and was a clerk for many years at the Westborough District Court retiring in 2008.

She leaves her daughter, Marsha E. MacKenize of Worcester; a granddaughter, Meghan R. MacKenzie of Worcester; a brother, John “Jay” O’Day III of Paxton; two nephews, John J. O’Day, IV of Paxton and Patrick L. O’Day and his wife, Jessica of Rutland. She was predeceased by her sister-in-law, Sharon M. (Lyra) O’Day.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour on Monday, Dec. 8, from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
