HOLDEN - Margaret Joyce "Joy" (Peaslee) Nadon, 81, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester.  Joy was born in Worcester, the daughter of Evelyn T. (Johnson) and Philip D. Peaslee.              Her loving husband of over 30 years, James Nadon passed away in 2003.  Joy is survived by her son, Brett Boucher and his wife, Shawn of Rutland; her sister, Judith Gustafson and her husband, Alan of Rutland; her grandchildren, Addison and Abigail Boucher of Rutland; and her nephew, Eric Gustafson and his wife, Maleah and their son , Nathaniel of Holden; and a sister-in-law, GiGi Peaslee of Tennessee.  Joy was predeceased by her son, Barry Boucher in 1994 and her brother, Richard Peaslee.              Joy worked as a receptionist for several companies in the Worcester area for many years.  She was an active member of the Greendale People's Church in Worcester for many years, where she served as a Deacon, worked as a secretary and leaves so many long time friends. Joy was a hospice volunteer for several years, sharing her loving and compassion with many families in the Worcester area.             Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 5 to 8 pm on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden.  A funeral service will be held at 9 am on Saturday, March 11 at the Greendale People's Church, 25 Francis St., Worcester.  Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster St., Worcester.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sweet Pea F.O.R.
