Margaret A. (Stromberg) Larson

HOLDEN - Margaret A. (Stromberg) Larson, 87, of 22 Laurel Hill Lane, died Monday, January 10, 2005, in UMass Memorial Medical Center, Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 63 years, Bertil I. Larson; a daughter, Linda V. and her husband, Richard B. Kasavich of Holden; her twin sisters, Marion Anderson of Monument Beach and Eleanor Goodhue of Worcester; nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Alice (Hogvall) Stromberg, and lived in Holden for the past 40 years.
Mrs. Larson worked as a secretary for Norton Company in Worcester for 27 years, retiring in 1977. She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church and the Naomi Circle. She was also a member of the VASA Order of America and the Order of the Eastern Star.
The funeral service for Mrs. Larson will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, January 13, in the Epworth United Methodist Church, 64 Salisbury Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery, 7 Island Road, Worcester. A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 13, in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Epworth United Methodist Church, “Memorial Fund”, 64 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609.
