Lois M. (Pugh) Giansanto

STERLING - Lois M. (Pugh) Giansanto, 71, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at UMass Memorial Health Alliance Hospital in Leominster. She was born in Clinton, the daughter of Joe E. and Erna (Pflugradt) Pugh and lived most of her life in Sterling.

Lois will be remembered and lovingly missed by her husband of 50 years, Paul L. Giansanto; two sons, James L. Giansanto of Las Vegas and Steven P. Giansanto and his wife, Debra of Athol; a sister, Judith A. Boynton of Sterling; two grandchildren, Ashlee and Justin; and several nephews and nieces.

A funeral service honoring her life will be held at 11 am on, Tuesday, May 23, at the Miles-Sterling Funeral and Tribute Center, 100 Worcester Rd., Sterling. Interment will follow at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon. Memorial donations may be made to the American Red Cross, 2000 Century Dr., Worcester, MA 01606.
