Lois J. Dansereau

August 29, 1933 — September 5, 2021

Rutland - Lois J. (Tillotson) Dansereau, 88, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at Sterling Village Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Lowell, VT, daughter of the late Harold H. and Bernice (Paronto) Tillotson.

Lois graduated from North Brookfield High School. She went on to work at Rutland Heights Hospital and UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester, retiring as Manager of the Pacemaker clinic. Lois loved her cats, sewing, crocheting and working in her beautiful flower gardens.

Lois was predeceased by her husband, Roland Dansereau. She will be lovingly missed by her daughters, Christine Younger of Oxford, Nancy Grenier and her husband, Paul of Rutland, Mary Allen and her husband, Craig of Heber City, UT; her son-in-law, David Kittredge of North Brookfield; her grandchildren, Brian Grenier and his fiancee, Terri of South Royalton, VT, Danielle Jenkins and her husband, Archie of Bluffdale, UT, Nichole Machon and her husband, Kyle of Woods Cross, UT and Lisa Trum-Searah and her husband, Raymond of New Braintree; her sister, Audrey Bishop of Holden; her brother, Howard Tillotson and his wife Marsha of Spencer; her great-grandchildren, Aiden, and Aurelia of Woods Cross, UT; and Waylon of New Braintree; and many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Linda Kittredge; her son-in-law, Gary Younger and her brothers, Robert and Lloyd Tillotson.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Walnut Grove Cemetery in North Brookfield.
