WORCESTER - Linda Sue (Rose) Robbins, 68, died unexpectedly in her sleep at her residence in Worcester on Wednesday, February 24th.

She leaves her husband of 46 years, Arthur K. Robbins; four daughters, Mindy Jill Robbins, Laurie Robbins, wife of Robert Martin, Michelle Robbins and Jamie Robbins and her fiancé, Joe MacCormack; two brothers, David Rose and his wife, Melody of Holden and Billy Rose and his wife, Kristen of Providence; two sisters, Dianne wife of Arturo Cartagenova of Bourne and Lisa Schrekinger of West Palm Beach, Florida; and four grandchildren, Marisa Tonelli, Tristan Coomey, Carter Foisy and Hunter Foisy.

She attended the University of Miami, where she met her husband.

She was born in Worcester and was a daughter of Ralph and Shirley (Aronson) Rose and was a lifelong resident.

Linda co-created the infamous “Robbins Nest” in 1969 with her loving husband Arthur. She without a doubt provided the most loving home for her four beautiful daughters, so much so, that everyone wanted to be a part of it. She was a second mother to her daughters’ friends and was never without her own close friends and family, who meant the world to her.  She will leave a giant hole in the hearts of all who knew her, with her contagious laugh, her kind hearted nature, and will be missed every single minute of every single hour of every single day.
