Linda M. (Laliberte) Auen

RUTLAND – Linda M. (Laliberte) Auen, 59, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, February 24, 2022. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Phillip and Janice (Spadola) Laliberte and had lived in Bellingham and Leominster before moving to Rutland three years ago.

She leaves her fiancé, Robert J. Trionfante, Jr., her sons, Norman E. Burke III and his wife, Sherrylee of Uxbridge, and Jonathon S. Burke of South Dakota; her brother, Charles Laliberte of Rutland; her sister, Deborah Borowy of Fitchburg; her grandchildren, Kaya and Arya Burke; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Aram Pothier.

Linda worked at Marlboro Hospital running the medical staff office for over ten years. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Church and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed playing cards, board games, online gaming, traveling, arts and crafts and volunteering at Knights of Columbus events.

Funeral services for Linda will be held on Saturday, March 5th with a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick’s Church, 258 Main Street, Rutland. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
