Lina Valentin

WORCESTER -- Lina Valentin, 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at home surrounded by loved ones, after an illness. Born in Guayama, Puerto Rico, Lina was the daughter of Rosario and Saturnina Madera-Lebron. She had lived in Springfield and Connecticut prior to moving to Worcester.

She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her sons, Angel, Wilfred and Elmin Valentin all of Worcester and Edwin Valentin of Northborough; Daughters, Lina “Enid” Ramos of Worcester, Maria Saade of Gardner, Gladys Valentin of Wilbraham and Lourdes Valentin of Northborough; a sister, Tata Madera of Puerto Rico; three grandchildren; a great grandchild; and many nephews and nieces. She is predeceased by her husband, Aquimedes Valentin and a son, Kenneth Valentin.

Calling hours will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden. Burial will immediately follow at Rural Cemetery, 180 Grove St., Worcester.
