Lev Chernyakov

WORCESTER – Lev Chernyakov, age 83, died on Friday, January 15, 2021 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center - University Campus.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, Zhanna (Vaispapir) Chernyakov; two daughters, Inna Chernyakova wife of Vsevolod Semenov and Anna wife of Paul Perlin, both of Worcester; two sisters, Asia wife of Edward Persidski and Sofia Nikitenko, both of Worcester and three grandchildren.
He was born in Feodocia, Ukraine and came to Worcester in 1994.
He graduated college and had been an electronics engineer for many years.
Private graveside services will be held in Holy Society Cemetery on Cemetery Road in Leicester under the care of Richard Perlman of Miles Funeral Home of Holden.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
