Lawrence John Bouchard

HOLDEN – Lawrence J. Bouchard, Jr., 77, of Chapel St., died on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 in Rose Monahan Hospice, Worcester after an illness.
He leaves his beloved wife of 54 years, Sally L. (Gilmore) Bouchard; two daughters, Karen A. Cole and her husband Peter of Spencer and Nancy A. Field and her husband Larry of Spencer; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was born in Worcester the son of Lawrence J. and Beatrice E. M. (Brink) Bouchard, Sr. and has lived in Holden since 1964.
Mr. Bouchard graduated from North High School and Worcester Junior College and was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a Vice President at Peoples Savings Bank in Worcester, retiring in 1988. Previously, he was the loan manager at the Worcester Mechanics Bank. After his retirement he was the senior campaign fundraiser for the United Way in Worcester.
Funeral services for Mr. Bouchard are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden.
