WEST BOYLSTON – Laurence A. Paulin, 98, of Evans Road, died in his beloved home of 65 years on Sunday, December 20, 2020. He was married for 56 years to Dorothy (Renhult) Paulin who predeceased him in 2003
He leaves his children, Jeffrey Paulin and his wife, Teresa of Brimfield and Joan Smith and her husband, David of Lunenburg. He also leaves two grandchildren, Michael Smith and his wife, Tara of Lexington and Heather Howard and her husband, Kylie of League City, TX; and two great-granddaughters, Brooke and Ivy.
He was born in Worcester, son of Arthur and Mae (Freeman) Paulin. He was a graduate of Becker College, Class of 1946. He was an expediter for Crompton and Knowles for many years. He also worked at Hanson Manufacturing.
He most enjoyed traveling with his family and friends. He was a charter member of Christ Lutheran Church in West Boylston, where he made many life-long friends. He enjoyed playing cards, especially bridge at the Senior Centers.
We are most grateful to his caring neighbors, friends and to his hospice care workers.
A private graveside service at All Faith’s Cemetery will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
