Michael K. Mcmanus

VINEYARD HAVEN/RUTLAND � Michael K. McManus, 54, of Vineyard Haven, formerly of Rutland, died Friday, April 10, 2009 in Cape Cod Hospital after an illness.

He leaves two brothers, John J. McManus and Christopher Curtis both of Holden; his long time dear friend, Dagmar Dockery of Vineyard Haven; aunts, uncles and cousins. He was born in Worcester the son of John J. and Elaine V. (Johnson) McManus Curtis and lived in Holden and Rutland before moving to Vineyard Haven. Michael graduated from Wachusett Regional High School in Holden and was a self-employed fisherman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour from 12 to 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 19th followed by a service at 1 p.m. in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street (Rte. 122A), Holden. A Celebration of Michael�s Life will be held on Martha�s Vineyard at a time to be announced.
