HOLDEN -- Keith F. Hickey, 35, of Jefferson, passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after being stricken ill at home. Born in Worcester, Keith lived most of his life in Jefferson and was a graduate of Wachusett Regional High School. He is survived and will be lovingly missed by his son, Keenan G. Hickey of Franklin; his parents, Brian J. and Dale T. (Twichell) Hickey of Jefferson; two brothers, Jeffrey A. Hickey and his wife, Colleen of Worcester and Adam B. Hickey and his fiancé, Jessica Caloiaro of Rutland; a niece, Esther J. Hickey; the mother of his son, Heidi Raymond of Franklin; aunts, uncles and cousins. After graduating from Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, Keith went to work for Consolidated Beverages in Auburn. He worked for the last several years at Cintas in Woburn as a sales and service representative. Keith was a competitive sports enthusiast and played soccer, basketball, baseball and ran track. He enjoyed playing golf with his son and friends at Wachusett Country Club and was a raving fan of New England professional sports teams. His biggest joy in life was spending time with his son, Keenan. Keith and Keenan spent most weekends catching up on the latest games and discussing their favorite teams and their stats. Keith was a devoted father, son, brother and friend. He was known to light up a room with his contagious smile, Irish wit and engaging blue eyes. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Keith's family from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden. A funeral service honoring Keith's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 11, in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers. memorial donations may be made to Keenan G.
