Karrie A. (Huberdault) Nason

May 26, 1969 — December 19, 2017

LEOMINSTER – Karrie A. (Huberdault) Nason, 48, beloved wife of Michael G. Nason of Leominster, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and close friends on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
She was a daughter of Alayne (Smith ) Fisher and the late Roland Huberdault and graduated from Oxford High School.  Karrie went on to further her education by earning her nursing certificate from Worcester Institute of Technology.  She was a faithful and dedicated nurse to her patients and an admired and respected colleague at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center.  Karrie recently retired as a Unit Manager after 25 years of service.
Karrie was best known for her generous spirit and caring heart.  She enjoyed spending time at the beach, with family and friends and traveling, especially to Florida. Karrie also enjoyed her time with her two rescue dogs, Tuukka and Jersey.
She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her husband, Michael G. Nason; her son, Cameron Kaczor of Leominster; her daughter, Paige Kaczor of Leominster; her mother, Alayne (Smith) Fisher and her step-father, Roger Picard of Spencer; her brother, David Huberdault and his wife, Anne of Worcester; her 3 sisters including her twin, Justine Poole and her husband, Larry of Oklahoma City, OK, Kimberly Longvall of Worcester and Deborah Spafford and her husband, Brian of Worcester; her ex-husband, Gregory Kaczor of Leominster; and 6 nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by her father, Roland Huberdault, her brother, Roland Huberdault and a nephew, Adam Huberdault.
Family and friends are invited to gather with Karrie’s family to celebrate her life at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 22, at the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.  There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Karrie’s name may be made to Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center Activity Fund, 32 Mayo Drive, Holden, MA 01520.
