Kara L. Kelleher-Mahunik

HOLDEN – Kara L. Kelleher-Mahunik, 57, passed away unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
She leaves her beloved daughter, Jenna Mahunik of Shrewsbury; her parents, James and Judith (Davidson) Kelleher of Holden; her brothers, Jimmy Kelleher of Medford, NJ, Kevin Kelleher of Belle Harbor, NY and Michael Kelleher of Shrewsbury; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Kara was born in Holden and graduated from Wachusett Regional High School in 1982. She was a recreational councilor at Worcester State Hospital for several years. She was devoted to her family and cherished time spent with her daughter. She enjoyed comedy, sharing fashion tips with her daughter, laughter, music and dancing. Kara was a loving, kind, caring and compassionate soul who was always the life of the party. She will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, January 7th in the Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
