Holden - Judith A. "Judy" (Eales) Sikes, 79, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester.
Born on March 8, 1945 in Fall River, MA, Judy was the daughter of the late Charles and Priscilla (Coggeshall) Eales. She graduated from Nasson College with her BA in Government and served as a secretary for the Town of Holden.
Judy is survived by her beloved husband, Jack Sikes; her cherished daughters, Heather Erskine and her husband Chris of Woodstock Valley, CT, and Cara Sidman of Phoenix, AZ; her step-children Joey Sikes of Worcester, MA and Katherine Wheeler of Warwick, RI; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Alec, Jack, and Zoey. She was predeceased by her sister, Carol Stys.
Judy found joy in simple pleasures, such as playing spider solitaire and playing pitch with family, relishing lobster dinners, enjoying a glass of chardonnay, and embarking on road trips with her husband. She adored visiting her daughter's lake house, reveling in moments of togetherness. Above all, she treasured quality time with loved ones.
