Joshua Robert Nute

WEST BOYLSTON – Joshua Robert Nute, 10, of Malden Street, son of Robert A. and Cynthia L. (Dozois) Nute, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 6, 2011, at the Maine Medical Center in Portland.

He leaves his brothers and sisters, Jamie, Michael, David, Jeremy, Peter, Jocelyn and her husband Phil, Kelsie and Dorothy; aunts and uncles, Cheryl and Mike, Lynn and her husband David, Janice and her husband Vince, David and his wife Heather, and Barbara; cousins, Daniel, Sarah, Gene, Courtney, Brenda, Lexie, Maddie and Makenna; grandmother, Patricia Dozois and a niece, Stella Blue.

Josh was born on March 7, 2001, in Worcester. He lived in Grafton for 3 years before moving to West Boylston 7 years ago. He had always been homeschooled, which he loved very much.

Josh was full of enthusiasm and loved being with his friends. He was a member of AWANA kids club, and loved worshipping his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with his family and friends at Heritage Bible Chapel in Princeton. Josh’s favorite Bible verse was John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life”. Josh loved playing baseball and soccer with the West Boylston youth leagues, as well as swimming. He enjoyed video games, legos, and doing homework on his computer.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, at the Heritage Bible Chapel, 182 Brook Station Road, Princeton, followed by a Celebration of Joshua’s Life at 7 p.m. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jimmy Fund, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 10 Brookline Place-West, 6th floor, Brookline, MA 02445; or World Vision, P.O. Box 9716, Federal Way, VA 98063-9716. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street, Holden.
